1. Mail Services (Mail Communications Group) began processing our statements for us and we have been extremely pleased with them. They are courteous, professional, timely, and most importantly, affordable. Our members receive their statements on a timely basis and we receive reports from Mail Services in regard to billing information and address changes as soon as the statements are mailed. We have also begun using their e-statement service and this has been well received by our members. They can view and print their e-statement as soon as the file is received by Mail Services. In our case, this is on the first of the month.

We are currently offering a loan promotion and could insert our promotional pieces to members age 18-70. This allows us to utilize target marketing and saves us postage in the process. In summary, we are very happy!
